Rotary Rose Parade Float Committee

The sponsoring clubs of groups signed up to decorate the float are asked to make a donation to the Rotary Rose Parade Float Committee of $5 or more per decorator.   this donation helps defray the additional cost of building this animated float which will be more fun and eye catching than ever.

Each decorator receives a t-shirt. 

Groups are limited to 30 decorators.

After you have signed up your Club for a session you will receive confirmation from the Decorating Committee with instructions for making a donation.  Your donation must be received within 10 days to hold their spot.    Your Club's name will appear on Schedule page after the donation is received.

Fill-in the number of volunteers for each date and shift.  Please list 1st and 2nd choices in comment box below.   If you don't receive a confirmation from the Float Committee please do not come.   We do not want you to be disappointed.   We will schedule a maximum of 30 decorators  for each session and decorators can work at only one session A maximum of 30 members from one club can signup for any session. . See the Decoration Schedule page for available dates and clubs scheduled for each session. 

All volunteers will need to sign a photo waiver when they arrive at the decoration site. Volunteer Photo Waiver 

Lunch breaks: daily from 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Dinner breaks: daily from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
